Who We Are…

Paulette  is a professional coach. After working for many years as a marriage and family therapist I started her coaching practice and has dedicated herself to helping people dealing with the trauma associated with the secrets, lies and betrayals, and most especially dealing with the shocking Not Parent Expected (NPE) DNA discoveries. In addition to coaching and leading group programs, Paulette writes a Column for Culturs Lifestyle Magazine on issues related to race, culture and identity. Dr Bethel is also retired US Air Force Logistics Officer, internationally recognized speaker, cross cultural identity expert, columnist, blogger, podcast host of Bella’s Front Porch, wife, mother grandmother and an NPE. Creator of the acclaimed NPE Identity Disruption Trauma Model™. She is on a mission to support people living through the unexpected DNA shock discovery experience.
